Work with me
You’ve got AI working in pockets. Let’s get it running as a system.
Most founder-led businesses I sit down with are in the same spot. A few people getting real value from ChatGPT, a handful of saved prompts, nothing that holds together. The work I do is moving a business from that to AI that runs quietly underneath how the place actually operates. There are three ways into it.
The ground is moving
A small group of companies is pulling away. The lead compounds.
The businesses that have AI running as a system are mostly the big multinationals, and the gap between them and everyone else gets wider every quarter. Most founder-led mid-market businesses aren’t in that group yet. Most have done little beyond handing round a ChatGPT licence, and have seen no real change for it. That’s the gap I work in, while it’s still closeable.
of AI's economic value goes to 20% of companies, and that's only counting the big enterprises already pouring money in. Most smaller businesses aren't in that race at all.

The core engagement
From scattered ChatGPT to an agentic-first business
It starts with a half-day inside your operations and a prioritised roadmap within 24 hours. Then we build: solid foundations first, then the workflows that hand time back, then agentic systems on top.
Your team learns to run it as we go, so the business isn’t leaning on me once it’s live. If you want me to stay on after that, there’s an option for it. You don’t have to.
- A half-day audit (a little longer for larger or more complex businesses), with a prioritised roadmap inside 24 hours.
- The build: foundations, then automated workflows, then agentic systems.
- Your team trained to run it, not dependent on me.
- Team training available on its own if that's all you need right now.
- Optional ongoing support once the system is live.
- A regular cadence with you, plus the board where that helps.
- Owns the AI roadmap and keeps it honest against what the business needs.
- Oversees implementation, whether that's in-house or with partners.
- Plain-English reporting at board level. No jargon, no theatre.
- I take on a small number of boards, so the attention is real.
Board-level
A Chief AI Officer in the room, without the full-time hire
AI strategy is a leadership question, not an IT one, and more mid-market boards are working that out. A fractional Chief AI Officer gives you senior judgement on it without carrying another executive salary.
I’ve run a company for nine years and sat on a board for six. I read a P&L, I can talk tech with whoever is doing the building, your team or partners, and I own the AI strategy and the roadmap that comes off it.
Before you sell
Heading for an exit? Every cost you take out is worth a multiple of itself.
If a sale is on the horizon, AI isn’t just an efficiency play. Recurring cost you remove gets multiplied by your EBITDA multiple at the table. Take a few hundred thousand of cost out and that’s a million or more on the sale price, often several.
Same engagement, pointed at the things a buyer actually pays up for: owner-independence, clean operations, margin that holds.
- The transformation engagement, aimed at what moves a valuation.
- The business runs without you in the room. That's what buyers pay up for.
- Documented, automated processes that hold up under diligence.
- Margin improvement that compounds into the multiple.
- Best for founders 12 to 24 months from a sale.
Not sure which one
Most founders start with a conversation, not a contract.
Thirty minutes is usually enough to work out where your business sits and which of these makes sense. If none of them do, I’ll tell you that too.
